DODOMA, May 31 -- THE Tanzanian Speaker of the Parliament and President of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), Dr. Tulia Ackson, has presented a special award to President Samia Suluhu Hassan recognizing her outstanding contribution to the remarkable development of her country.

The award, given by the Parliament of Tanzania, also recognizes her contribution to national service and her efforts in bringing development to the Tanzanian citizens across various sectors.
