DAR ES SALAAM, Jan. 16 -- ECONOMIC affairs expert and analyst, Dr Hildebrand Shayo, has called on instructors to work closely with parents and guardians to ensure that students, especially those studying economics, are guided to understand how to create their own employment opportunities, rather than pursuing education with the sole expectation of being employed after graduation.

Dr. Shayo emphasized that educators and parents share a responsibility to help students recognize the wide range of opportunities available to them, especially those they can create for themselves.
