DAR ES SALAAM, Feb. 11 -- TANZANIAN diaspora entrepreneur, Chris Lukosi, has unveiled plans for a multibillion-shilling mixed-use development known as Lukosi Village, positioning it as a long-term economic hub integrating housing, auctions, and international trade operations.

The project will include studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, along with a limited number of high-end residences. Lukosi says the development is not intended for resale but to establish lasting generational wealth.
