DAR ES SALAAM, Nov. 26 -- THE Tanzanian government continues to improve the environment in all higher learning institutions and increase the numbers in all regions to enable the countrys citizens to acquire more opportunities to develop themselves academically.

Speaking on behalf of the Minister of Finance, Mr Khamis Mussa Omar, the Deputy Secretary General, Ministry of Finance, Elijah Mwandumbya, at the Fifty-First Graduation Ceremony of the Institute of Financial Management (IFM), held in Dar es Salaam, said the government has implemented and continues to implement various projects to improve education to boost the economy.
