DAR ES SALAAM, July 9 -- THE Minister for Information, Culture, Arts and Sports, Professor Palamagamba Kabudi, has emphasized that the media sector plays a critical role in safeguarding peace, promoting equality, and educating citizens on the importance of participating in elections—especially in todays world where misinformation, hate speech, and harassment are on the rise.
