DODOMA, Nov. 29 -- THE National Environment Management Council (NEMC) has completed training key government organs on environmental management tools in renewed efforts to implement the Environmental Management Act of 2004
The institutions involved in the training include ministries, institutions, and Municipal and District Councils across the country.
The training was organized through a project aimed at strengthening national capacity to implement the Environmental Management Act of 2004.
The project is funded by the Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA) and seeks to enhance understanding and capacity among employees to effectively enforce environmental laws within their respective workplaces.
