BOUSMAIL, Jan. 27 -- TANZANIA and Algeria have agreed to establish collaborative research initiatives involving the Algerian National Center for Fisheries Research and Aquaculture Development and Tanzanian institutions focusing on fisheries and aquaculture and mutual capacity building.

The move was revealed when the Tanzanian Ambassador to Algeria, Iman Njalikai, visited the National Center for Fisheries Research and Aquaculture Development, located in Bousmail Municipality, Tipaza Province, Algeria, to discuss ways of strengthening cooperation between the center and Tanzanian institutions, thereby contributing to the growth of Tanzanias blue economy sector.
