DAR ES SALAAM, July 22 -- TANZANIA said all four sports infrastructure are in good shape to host the African Nations Championship(CHAN) ahead of its official kick-off in early August this year.

The Permanent Secretary in the Prime Ministers Office (Policy, Parliament, and Coordination), Dr. Jim Yonazi, confirmed Tanzanias readiness to host CHAN, which is set to officially kick off on August 2, 2025.

Speaking after an inspection tour of sports infrastructure in Dar es Salaam, Dr. Yonazi stated that preparations are at an advanced stage and that the stadiums are in a satisfactory condition to host the major continental tournament.
