DODOMA, Jan. 15 -- THE Tanzanian government has reaffirmed its commitment to unlocking the countrys economy by empowering the private sector in the country.

President Samia Suluhu made the announcement when addressing various envoys representing their countries in Tanzania in Dodoma on Thursday, noting that, among many other things, the government will also pay more attention to the blue economy and green economies.

She also mentioned logistics, manufacturing, and the digital landscape as areas to be focused on by the government.
