DODOMA, Dec. 30 -- THE Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and the Prime Ministers Office, Regional Administration and Local Government (PO-RALG), has received a preliminary report from the Committee for the Review of the Education Act, Cap. 353.
Speaking during a sectoral meeting convened to receive the report in Dodoma today, December 30, 2025, the Permanent Secretary of the ministry, Prof Carolyne Nombo, said although the education Act of 1978 has been amended several times, it still has major gaps that require improvement in order to align it with current policy and administrative reforms.
