ARUSHA, May 31 -- DRIVERS and conductors of passenger buses have been urged to pay close attention to the training they receive in driving schools, with the goal of achieving positive outcomes that will help improve the transport sector and reduce road accidents.

This call was made by the Senior Assistant Commissioner of Police (SACP) William Mkonda, who is also the National Traffic Police Commander, during his visit to the Arusha Technical College to assess how the institution conducts driving training and prepares service providers in the passenger bus sector.
