DAR ES SALAAM, Nov. 26 -- A delegation of businesspeople from the Republic of Korea has visited the Tooku Garments, which manufactures jeans, to observe various stages of the production process.
During the visit, the delegates were received by the Investment Officer responsible for East Asian countries, Kasimu Mohamed Said, who guided them through the factory.
The facility is operated by investors from China and produces high-quality jeans for international markets.
Tanzanias Tooku Garments factory is among the major investment projects that have created numerous employment opportunities for Tanzanian youth while also equipping them with skills in various aspects of garment production.
