ZANZIBAR, Jan. 9 -- THE Tanzanian government has pledged to continue taking care of retired national leaders and their spouses noting that it is a constitutional mandate.
The Minister in the Presidents Office, Public Service Management and Good Governance Ridhiwani Kikwete made the reaffirmation when conveying President Samia Suluhu Hassans greetings to retired national leaders and their spouses.
