DAR ES SALAAM, Jan. 7 -- THE Tanzanian government has invested over 280bn/- in various electricity projects to ensure a reliable power supply in Dar es Salaam region.

This was disclosed today, January 7, 2025, by the Minister for Energy, Deogratius Ndejembi, who made the remarks during his visit to electricity receiving and cooling substations at Gongo la Mboto, Kinyerezi I Extension, and Mabibo in Dar es Salaam.
