IRINGA, Jan. 16 -- THE TANZANIAN government is stepping up efforts to accelerate the completion of development projects through the implementation of comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Guidelines, a move aimed at improving efficiency, accountability, and results for the Tanzanian citizens.
