Dar es Salaam, July 1 -- TANZANIAS trade and industrial sectors are showing strong signs of recovery, driven by improved business conditions and expanding market opportunities across the region and beyond.
The exports have steadily increased from 6.38 billion US dollars in 2021 to 8.7 billion US dollars last year, reflecting a robust growth trajectory. This surge underscores the countrys expanding presence in key regional and international markets.
The industrial sector has also demonstrated resilience, with its contribution to the national GDP improving and growth rates picking up steadily in recent years.
