DAR ES SALAAM, Dec. 5 -- THE Drug Control and Enforcement Authority (DCEA) has been decorated for its excellence in the preparation of financial statements for the year 2024.

The authority got the award for its adherence to the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) in the category of autonomous government institutions.

The award was presented by the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) on Wednesday night during a ceremony held at the NBAA APC Hotel Conference Center in Bunju, Dar es Salaam.
