DAR ES SALAAM, Feb. 10 -- THE government has recognized the efforts of innovators developing materials and technologies aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions from fossil fuel-powered vehicles, permanent secretary in the office of the Vice President, Dr. Richard Muyungi has said.
Speaking during a meeting with stakeholders from the Tanzania Electric Vehicle Association (TAEMA) and the Commission for Science and Technology (COSTECH) in Dar es Salaam, Dr. Muyungi emphasized the need for sustainable strategies to expand electric vehicle services across the country.
