MWANZA, July 3 -- THE Tanzania Athletics Federation (RT) has announced its official election calendar in preparation for its General Election, scheduled for next month in Mwanza.

The RT Election Committee chairperson, Leonard Thadeo, confirmed that the process for collecting and submitting nomination forms for various posts commenced in June and will conclude on the 18th of this month.

“After the nomination deadline, all applicants names will be made public. We will then conduct interviews for shortlisted candidates on July 20. Following this, the committee will verify, process and announce names of successful candidates,” Thadeo explained.
