Dar es Salaam, March 27 -- SOUTH KOREA: THE Ministry of Minerals, through the Geological Survey of Tanzania (GST), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources (KIGAM) to conduct joint geoscientific research.
The signing ceremony took place in Seoul, South Korea, during the visit of a Tanzanian delegation led by the Deputy Minister of Minerals, Dr. Steven Kiruswa.
The visit included participation in a strategic mining stakeholders conference, organized by the Tanzanian Embassy in South Korea in collaboration with South Koreas Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy, as well as private sector stakeholders from both countries.
