DAR ES SALAAM, Nov. 30 -- TANZANIA and the diplomatic corps accredited to the country have reaffirmed their continuous commitment to deepening cooperation and strengthening the bonds of mutual partnership.

The Minister for Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation, Ambassador Mahmoud Thabit Kombo was quoted yesterday as saying that the mutual pledge proves the countrys maturity in diplomacy and strong ties with the development partners.

Cooperation between Tanzania and partner countries is crucial for economic growth, energy security, regional stability and human development through increased trade, investment and infrastructure development.
