DAR ES SALAAM, Nov. 18 -- Tanzania and Comoros have reaffirmed their commitment to deepen cooperation in five key areas, with good governance at the forefront.
The agreement was reached during discussions between Chrispin Chalamila, Director General of Tanzanias Prevention and Combating of Corruption Bureau (PCCB), and a delegation from Comoros led by Fahamoue Youssouf, President of the Comoros Anti-Corruption Agency.
Chalamila highlighted that Tanzania has made “significant progress in good governance and in efforts to prevent and combat corruption,” noting that collaboration between the two nations has long been guided by regional frameworks, including the African Union Advisory Board on Corruption (AUABC).
