DODOMA, Nov. 20 -- THE Tanzanian government has affirmed its determination to open more doors for investment in pharmaceutical and medical equipment industries so as to increase the production of health products and expand the market inside and outside Tanzania.

This confirmation was revealed by the Minister for Health, Mohamed Mchengerwa, in Dodoma, when he met with the leadership of the Shandong Hongyu Medical Technology Group from China, who presented their intention to invest in a pharmaceutical and medical equipment factory in the country.
