DAR ES SALAAM, June 3 -- TANZANIA Trade Development Authority (TanTrade) and Tanzania Posts Corporation (TPC) today jointly launch a new nationwide transport and cargo handling service aimed at modernizing logistics and boosting efficiency during this years 49th Dar es Salaam International Trade Fair (DITF).

Speaking to the Daily News on Monday, TanTrade Director General Ms Latifa Khamis said the new service aims to streamline the movement of Sabasaba exhibition goods across the country.

“The goal is to eliminate the excessive and disorganized use of trolleys within the exhibition grounds,” she explained, adding that this years event will be more digitally driven and better organized than ever before.
