KILIMANJARO, Sept. 10 -- RETIRED Prime Minister Frederick Sumaye has described President Samia Suluhu Hassan as a visionary and capable leader, urging Tanzanians to give her another term in office to continue the progress achieved under her leadership over the past four years.

Mr Sumaye made the call on Monday in Moshi, Kilimanjaro Region, during the launch of CCM campaigns at the regional level. The event was held at Nelson Mandela Grounds at Pasua, Moshi Municipality.
