MOROGORO, Aug. 29 -- KILOMBERO Sugar Company has officially launched a School ICT Empowerment Program, a community-driven initiative aimed at advancing digital education in secondary schools across the Kilombero Valley.
The program is expected to benefit more than 1,000 students, in line with Tanzanias national agenda for digital learning.
In its first phase, the beneficiaries are Nyange Secondary School (Kilombero District) and Lyahila Secondary School (Kilosa District). The company has donated 35 desktop computers, 10 desks, and technical support from its ICT department to strengthen the schools digital capacity.
