KIBAHA, Dec. 27 -- THE feasibility study for route selection for the construction of the high-pressure Kinyerezi– Chalinze natural gas transmission pipeline, which aims, among other objectives, to fulfil the governments ambition of making Coast Region the countrys industrial hub, has been completed.

The new development was revealed by Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC) Director General, Mr Mussa Makame, when he and his team presented the project report to Coast Regional Commissioner, Mr Abubakar Kunenge recently.

Mr Makame said the project will be implemented under the supervision of the Tanzania National Electric Supply Company (TANESCO).
