Dar es Salaam, Feb. 3 -- DODOMA: ALL is set for grand celebrations of Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM)s 48th anniversary since its establishment with national festivities scheduled to take place at Dodomas Jamhuri Stadium on February 5, 2025.

The party was formed in 1977, following the merger of the Tanganyika African National Union (TANU) and the Afro-Shirazi Party (ASP), with a total of 500,000 active members.

Addressing journalists at the partys headquarters in Dodoma on Monday, the partys Secretary for Ideology, Publicity, and Training, CPA Amos Makalla, stated that the chief guest is expected to be the National Chairperson, President Samia Suluhu Hassan.
