DAR ES SALAAM, Sept. 4 -- TANZANIAN small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have enhanced their capacity to compete for procurement contracts across both private and public sectors, following a targeted two-day capacity-building programme designed to strengthen their technical and strategic skills.
