DAR ES SALAAM, June 29 -- THE Tanzanian  government spokesperson, Gerson Msigwa, has announced that this years 49th Dar es Salaam International Trade Fair (DITF), commonly known as Sabasaba, is being held under the theme “The Sabasaba International Trade Fair – A Pride of Tanzania.” The theme highlights Tanzanias growing status as a hub for commerce in East Africa.

Speaking in Dar es Salaam, Msigwa said the main objective of the trade fair is to provide a platform for local and international businesses and investors to showcase their products and services. He revealed that, so far, 23 countries have confirmed their official participation in this years exhibition.
