Tanzania, May 6 -- THE Union of Tanzania Press Clubs (UTPC) in Dodoma has joined other media stakeholders in expressing heartfelt condolences following the passing of the Director of Communications at the Zanzibar State House Mr Charles Hilary.

The UTPC remembers the late Hilary as a seasoned journalist who was a true mentor and a staunch advocate for professional ethics throughout his career.

Speaking to the Daily News yesterday, UTPCDodoma Chairperson Mr Mussa Yusuph described the late Hilary as someone who was always generous in sharing his knowledge, particularly with younger journalists.
