Dar es Salaam, July 5 -- President  Samia Suluhu Hassan, unveiling a cloth as a symbolic gesture of laying the foundation stone and cutting the ribbon to inaugurate the Arise and Shine Church in Kawe, Dar es Salaam and thereafter greeting the congregants of the Arise and Shine Church at the inauguration ceremony .
