Dar es Salaam, Feb. 21 -- DAR ES SALAAM: TANZANIA has seen a skyrocketing increase in number of women leaders produced by the Female Future Program from 36 graduates in 2015 to 110 women in 2024, bringing the total number of trained women to 493 in both the public and private sectors.

Officiated by President Samia Suluhu Hassan, the occasion to mark the 10th anniversary of the Association of Tanzania Employers (ATE) and the Women in Leadership programme ( Female Future Program), held on Friday in Dar es Salaam it was revealed that there are also 150 Members of Parliament from Tanzanias National Assembly and Zanzibars House of Representatives, who have also undergone the training, bringing the total number of trained women to 643.
