ANTANANARIVO, Aug. 15 -- THE Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation, Ambassador Samwel Shelukindo, said the Southern African Development Community (SADC) member states have made significant progress in strengthening peace and stability, unity, and good governance despite political challenges, transnational crime, and economic hardships facing communities.
Those challenges however are still being addressed.
