DODOMA, Nov. 7 -- THE Southern African Development Community (SADC) have met here today in an emergency meeting to discuss various urgent matters requiring immediate decisions.
Tanzanias Deputy Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation, Ambassador Said Shaib Mussa, participated in the SADCs Emergency Meeting that drew Council of Ministers in the Tanzanian capital, Dodoma.
