DODOMA, July 17 -- TANZANIAN  business mogul, Rostam Aziz, said for Tanzania to make rapid progress in this 21st century, the government must deliberately invest in human capital, especially the youth by establishing a talent development fund with an annual budget of approximately 100m US dollars.

Representing private sector stakeholders in the country, the billionaire gave his open opinion at the launch of the new National Development Vision 2050 in Dodoma today.

Elaborating on his point, he said that through the program, the government will identify and nurture around 1,000 exceptionally talented youth in strategic areas such as engineering, artificial intelligence, data science, finance, and other key areas.
