Dar es Salaam, March 25 -- DODOMA: THE Minister of State in the Prime Ministers Office – Labour, Youth, Employment and Persons with Disabilities, Mr Ridhiwani Kikwete, has praised the continued strengthening of trade unions in Tanzania, highlighting their vital role in protecting workers rights and resolving disputes.

Speaking in Dodoma at a Railway Workers Union (RAWUTA) meeting, Mr Ridhiwani emphasised the governments recognition of trade unions as key institutions in ensuring fair working conditions and national development.
