DODOMA, Dec. 15 -- DODOMA Regional Commissioner Rosemary Senyamule has said the government has created a conducive environment for self-employment, citing continued improvements in infrastructure and education aimed at enabling graduates to tap into available economic opportunities.

Ms Senyamule made the remarks while officiating at the 60th graduation ceremony of the College of Business Education (CBE), Dodoma Campus, where she awarded certificates to 2,086 graduates from the class of 2025.
