DAR ES SALAAM, July 7 -- The Permanent Secretary of the Zanzibar Ministry of Blue Economy and Fisheries, Captain Hamad Bakar Hamad (first from right), has commended the Petroleum Upstream Regulatory Authority (PURA) and the Zanzibar Petroleum Regulatory Authority (ZPRA) for strengthening sectoral collaboration.
