LONDON, Jan. 23 -- THE Tanzanian government continues to maintain economic diplomacy with the European countries, using it as a key tool in attracting foreign investments, stimulating economic growth, and ensure sustainable development for the benefit of all Tanzanian citizens.

Today, the Minister of State in the Presidents Office for Planning and Investment, Professor Kitila Mkumbo, is in London to begin an official working visit to the United Kingdom. The tour, which started yesterday, January 22 to 27, 2026, aims to strengthen economic, trade, and investment cooperation between Tanzania and the United Kingdom.
