Dar es Salaam, April 2 -- DAR ES SALAAM: THE aspirant for the position of Director of the World Health Organization (WHO) Africa Region, Professor Mohamed Janabi, said he will make significant efforts to persuade all member countries of the organization in Africa to ensure they implement the Abuja Declaration.
The 2001 Declaration urges African countries that are members of WHO to allocate at least 15 percent of their budgets to the health sector.
