DAR ES SALAAM, Dec. 2 -- THE Independent Commission of Inquiry established to investigate the unrest during and after the October 29th General Election has unveiled a road map for implementing its 90-day task, declaring that it will leave no stone unturned in its probe.

Commission Chairperson, retired Chief Justice Mohamed Chande Othman, said the commissions investigation will focus on areas most affected by the violence, and it will also visit those areas to gather information.

“Our investigation will focus on the 26 districts where incidents occurred, but we will also learn from areas that were peaceful,” Justice Othman said.
