Dar es Salaam, Feb. 17 -- ARUSHA: President Samia Suluhu Hassan has highlighted former Prime Minister Edward Lowassas ability to stand by his beliefs without disparaging others as one of three key lessons Tanzanians should glean from the late Laigwanan.

She underscored three main attributes to be emulated from the late Prime Minister Edward Lowassa, emphasizing his capacity to uphold his principles without resorting to abusive or demoralizing language, which she deemed essential for a successful country.

During the state burial ceremony of the late Premier in Arusha on Saturday, the Head of State remarked that Lowassa was a principled and determined politician who mentored many youths in politics.
