BABATI, July 24 -- THE Polices Safety Unit in Babati District, Manyara Region, has urged drivers and passengers to strictly adhere to road safety laws and regulations.

They emphasized the need to avoid overspeeding and overloading passengers to prevent road accidents that often result from negligence.

This call was made by the Chief of the Road Safety Unit in Babati District Police, Superintendent of Police (SP) Emmanuel Kandola, during a road safety education session for drivers and passengers of intercity buses operating at night. The session took place at the main bus terminal in Babati, where he stressed the importance of following these rules to safeguard everyones lives.
