DAR ES SALAAM, Nov. 24 -- THE Prime Minister, Mwigulu Nchemba, has directed the Minister for Home Affairs, George Simbachawene, to reopen the Ufufuo na Uzima Church led by Bishop Josephat Gwajima, which had faced operational challenges.
The Premier gave the directives today, November 24, in Dar es Salaam adding that after being re-opened it should be given conditions as well as being under six months supervision.
Elaborating, he stated that after pardoning several youths who were involved in the demonstration on October 29, President Samia Suluhu Hassan has also pardoned religious institutions that were facing minor challenges.
