MWANGA, Feb. 19 -- PRIME Minister Mwigulu Nchemba has urged public servants to increase speed and efficiency in overseeing the implementation of strategic development projects to ensure citizens receive quality services on time.

Speaking in Mwanga District during the inauguration of a new district hospital built at a cost of 2.9 billion Tanzanian shillings, the Prime Minister said the government is committed to continuing improvements in social services and development infrastructure across the country.
