Dar es Salaam, April 3 -- DAR ES SALAAM: PRIME Minister, Kassim Majaliwa, has today, April 3, 2025, officially launched the preparations for the Second Phase of the Business and Investment Environment Improvement Plan.

This plan aims to attract both local and foreign investments, create more job opportunities, and enhance access to international markets for locally produced goods.

Officially known in Kiswahili as MKUMBI 11, the Phase 11 will promote competition and improve the quality of Tanzanian products, making them more competitive in the global market.
