Dar es Salaam, April 14 -- DODOMA: PRIME Minister Kassim Majaliwa has officially opened the 15th Conference of the Local Government Reform Association (TOA) today, April 14, 2025, at the City Hall in the government city, Mtumba, in Dodoma today, April 14, 2025.

The conference aims to make members of the association share experiences and building the capacity of TOA members to enable them to drive positive changes in daily operations and strengthen reforms within Local Government Authorities.
