Dar es Salaam, Feb. 27 -- ARUSHA: PRIME Minister Kassim Majaliwa said yesterday that President Samia Suluhu Hassans 4Rs philosophy – Reconciliation, Resilience, Reforms and Rebuilding has played a significant role in promoting reconciliation and driving positive change among Tanzanians.

He said the 4Rs philosophy has been instrumental in fostering cooperation and peace in the country.

The Prime Minister also acknowledged the crucial contributions of both religious and traditional leaders in advancing the nations development, highlighting that the government recognises and values their efforts.
