UKEREWE, Nov. 28 -- UKEREWE District Commissioner, Mr Christopher Ngubiagai has emphasized that peace and unity remain the essential pillars for advancing community development, noting that without stability, development efforts cannot succeed.

Speaking yesterday to residents of Bukonyo village during his routine tour to meet communities, listen to concerns, and provide solutions, Ngubiagai underscored the need to safeguard the existing peace.

“Peace is the capital of our development. When we are united, nothing is impossible. Ukerewe is built by us, and unity is our strength; therefore, we must protect our peace,” he said.
